Effective November 23, 2004: PerfumeOutlet.net
no longer accepts personal checks
as a form of payment. We still however
accept Money Orders, Cashiers' Checks
and wire transfers.

Shipping available within the United States via USPS Priority or United Parcel
Service from our Garden Grove, CA USA distribution center. Standard shipping
is ground service within the United States.

Shipping Procedures
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable for the following packages:
Returned Packages, Unclaimed Packages or Undeliverable Packages. *Exceptions
are when it is our error in shipping.*

the continental US over $100.00 includes free standard shipping!
A charge of $5-$10 will
be applied to your account if an address correction/ redirecting of your package
is made by our courier.
If your package is returned to us, you may be subject to a reshipment fee.

Additional Air Service Information
The air service guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to
causes beyond our courier's control; including but not limited to weather conditions
or natural disasters while en route or upon delivery; government imposed security
regulations; disruptions with transportation networks that the courier uses
(ground or air); delays imposed by customs authorities; strikes and labor disputes.

Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase, for that reason
we offer a 14 day money back guarantee
from date of delivery for unused,
unopened items which are in their
original perfume packaging. You
may return your item(s) for a full
refund of the purchase price plus
any applicable sales tax within
14 days of the invoice date less
shipping and gift wrapping where
applies; or you may exchange your
item(s) for different in-stock item(s)
available at PerfumeOutlet.net;
please note the additional shipping
fee will be charged to your account.
Any unopened orders/products
post marked to our Garden Grove,
CA warehouse after 14 days of your
original order date will be charged
a 25% restocking fee.
Concerning
any applicable refund(s); if you
paid with a credit card, the debited
amount will be returned to the card
number. If you paid by a check or
money order, a company check will
be sent to you after we have received
and inspected the product. We ask
that you contact one of our Customer
Service Representatives to receive
a return materials authorization
number for the items you wish to
return/ exchange at (866) 638-7373
during the following hours:

. Any returns/ exchanges that do
not have an "RMA Number" and are
in non-saleable/ original condition
will not receive a refund and will
be disposed of. Once an RMA # is
obtained, please securely wrap the
item(s), include a packing slip,
and a reason for the return so that
we can expedite the return processing.
Please allow up to two billing cycles
from the date of return for credits
to appear on your credit card statement.
Restocking Fees
There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned opened and unused.
Shipping
and Handling Charge
Please note that the shipping and
handling charge is nonrefundable
unless it is our error in shipping.
If your purchase was made during
our "Shipping Promotions", whereas
for orders over a certain designated
amount , standard shipping is FREE,
and you would like to return/ exchange
the merchandise, the shipping charge
of $5.95 will not be credited to
your account. Any shipping cost
you incur returning the product
to us will not be refunded.
In the event any items from your
order are not in stock, your remaining
order items will be shipped to you
and your credit card will be refunded
the difference (if any). In the
event the removal of this item(s)
brings your order total below the
amount needed for free shipping
your credit card will be credited
the amount of these items minus
the appropriate shipping
charge.
Damaged Items Received
When your order arrives, we recommend that you inspect the carton for any damage that may have
occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if
damage occurred to any item(s) in your shipment, please report it to one of our Customer Service
Representatives within 24 hours at 866-638-7373. Please supply the Customer Service Representative
with your order number from your original order receipt. Please keep all damaged item(s) and related
packaging material so you can send the item(s) back to PerfumeOutlet.net.
Short or Wrong Item(s) Received
If we short shipped (missed an item) or shipped you the wrong item(s), we sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience. Please report this to one of our Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours of
receiving your order at 866-638-7373. Please have your original order receipt ready when calling
our Customer Service Representative to supply them with your order number.

Please ship back to PerfumeOutlet.net using a 'trackable' courier. (UPS or USPS Delivery Confirmation).
Any packages that have not been received by PerfumeOutlet.net and tracking information cannot be
provided by the courier, will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 2 weeks
to process your return or exchange. Any packages returned to PerfumeOutlet.net marked as "refused",
"unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges.
